Pricing

You pay for tokens that work

One list price per CAPTCHA family, charged per solve. No plan to pick, no seats, no monthly minimum. Your wallet is debited when a task is created and credited back the moment a task fails.

Prices are in US dollars, excluding VAT.

List prices

Per family, per thousand

The price reflects how much machine time a family costs us. Turnstile and reCAPTCHA v3 resolve in seconds; FunCaptcha needs a full interactive session.

Discounts apply themselves

There is nothing to negotiate and no invoice to request. Your lifetime spend puts you in a tier, and the tier discount is applied at debit time on every subsequent solve.

Discounts apply themselves
TierLifetime spendDiscountTurnstile per 1,000
Standard$0.60
Bronzefrom $100−5%$0.57
Silverfrom $500−10%$0.54
Goldfrom $2,000−15%$0.51
Platinumfrom $10,000−20%$0.48

Lifetime spend is the total you have actually been charged for successful solves, not the amount you have topped up. Tier changes take effect on the next task.

How billing works

Charged on create, refunded on failure

A solve that returns an unusable token is a failed solve. If you can show a token was rejected by the target, open a ticket and we credit it back.

1. Task created
When createTask returns a taskId, the list price for that family — minus your tier discount — is debited from your wallet. This reserves the capacity and is what lets us answer immediately instead of queueing you behind a credit check.
2. Task fails
If the solver cannot produce a token, or the task times out, the exact amount debited is credited back. You see both the debit and the credit in your wallet history, so the arithmetic is auditable.
3. Nothing else
No setup fee, no idle fee, no charge for polling getTaskResult or getBalance. Balances are held as integer micro-dollars, so nothing is lost to rounding across millions of solves.
Funding

Top up with crypto or card

Your balance is prepaid. There is no invoice at the end of the month and no card kept on file unless you add one.

Crypto

BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC and around 100 other assets through NOWPayments. The payment is credited once the network confirms it — usually a few minutes. Rates float, so the credited amount is the USD value at confirmation.

Card

Visa, Mastercard and American Express. The charge is a one-off purchase of API credit, not a subscription — nothing recurs unless you enable auto top-up.

Minimum top-up

$5

Common amounts

  • $10
  • $25
  • $50
  • $100
  • $250
  • $500

Auto top-up is opt-in: pick a floor and an amount, and we refill the wallet when the balance crosses it. Turn it off at any time from the dashboard.

Questions

Before you top up

Do I pay for a task that fails?
No. The debit happens at creation and is reversed as soon as the task resolves as failed or times out. Your wallet history shows both movements with the same task id.
Is there a subscription or a minimum?
Neither. You buy credit, you spend it on solves. Credit does not expire and there is no monthly floor.
How is a proxy task priced?
The same as its proxyless equivalent. We do not resell proxies — you supply the proxy, we run the browser through it, and the price is the family price.
Does polling cost anything?
No. getTaskResult and getBalance are free, at any frequency within the documented rate limit. Only a created task is billed.
Can I get a refund on unused credit?
Unused credit is refundable within 14 days of the top-up, minus any amount already spent. Crypto top-ups are refunded to the originating address in the same asset. See the refund policy for the exact terms.
Do you invoice with VAT?
Yes. EU business customers with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse charge. Every top-up produces a downloadable invoice in the dashboard.
What happens when my balance hits zero?
createTask answers ERROR_ZERO_BALANCE and no task is created. Tasks already in flight finish normally and are still refunded if they fail.

Start with five dollars

That is several thousand Turnstile solves. Create a key, run a task, and decide from your own numbers rather than ours.
