The numbers we run on

This page reads the same health samples our alerting reads, written by the monitoring job every minute. Nothing here is a marketing figure — if a family is slow today, it says so.

All systems operational

The solver is answering and every family is within its normal success range.

Latency percentiles are measured over the sampling window, from task accepted to solution produced. Success rate counts a task as successful when it returned a usable token or cookie bundle.

What the numbers mean

Incidents

Incidents affecting availability are posted here and emailed to every account with traffic in the previous 24 hours. There is no separate subscription to manage.

p50 and p95
p50 is the median solve: half of the tasks in the window finished faster. p95 is the number to plan against — nineteen tasks in twenty finished inside it. Both are solver time; add your own network round trip on top.
Success rate
The share of tasks in the window that produced a usable solution. Failures are refunded automatically, so a dip in this number costs you time, not money.
Queue depth
Tasks accepted but not yet resolved at the moment of sampling. A queue that stays above zero for minutes means we are capacity-bound and your p95 will drift up.
Sampling
One sample per minute, retained for 30 days. This page shows the most recent sample for each family, so a family with no recent traffic shows no data rather than a stale figure.

Watch your own p95, not ours

Every task you run reports its own timings in the dashboard, split by family and by key. That is the number worth alerting on.
